The comics say his bulk is muscle, not fat, but the 98% figure does not appear in Wikipedia's article. Wikipedia gives him as 6 ft 7 in and 450 lb, trained in sumo wrestling, and quotes the narrative claim that his size is not fat but muscle.

The comparison comes from a later storyline: in Daredevil #595 to #605 (2017 to 2018) Kingpin runs for Mayor of New York on an anti-vigilante platform and wins, and it is later revealed he fixed the election. Wikipedia does not describe the character as based on Trump.
